Following documents are to be attached with the admission form.
- 2 attested & 2 unattested copies of SSC & HSSC
- Character Certificate (issued by head of institution last attended)
- 6 Passport Size Photographs (One attested on its back)
- Attested photocopy of ID Card of Candidate
- Attested Photocopy of ID Card of his/her Father/Guardian
- LAT Result or Roll Number slip if applied for test
- Migration Certificate if Intermediate is done from the board situated outside the jurisdiction of University of the Punjab.
